All sales are final because Rancho Humilde stands commitment. Orders may not be cancelled, altered or changed once placed. Please review all purchases carefully before submitting a payment. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has been shipped. We cannot guarantee delivery dates. During peak seasons, please order early to allow time for processing and standard shipping.

NOTE! Once you receive a package you will have 1 weeks to make any claims! After that we will not be responsible for any damage items. Also we will only take responsibility for any wrong item/size send by us.
HOW CAN I FIND THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Rancho Humilde supports transparency. Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your item has shipped so you can track it’s journey to you. ( If you don’t see an order confirmation check your spam mail).
