At Rancho Humilde, we're committed to delivering premium gear at the best possible value. Because our gear is designed to be worn close to the skin and made with premium materials, returns are handled through fast, simple exchanges and store credit.
To start a return, you can contact us at rhmerchshop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns are issued as store credit or an exchange rather than a refund to the original payment method. This approach helps us keep our prices competitive, our gear premium and offer the promotions our customers love.
